1. Promotion Overview

– Clients who settle a qualifying home loan with Nepal Home Loans Pty Ltd between 1 November 2025 and 31 January 2026 will automatically go into the draw to win two (2) return flight tickets to Bali, Indonesia.

2. Eligibility

• – Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• – To be eligible, applicants must have a home loan settled through Nepal Home Loans during the promotion period.
• – Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Nepal Home Loans are not eligible to enter.
• – Only one entry per settled loan is permitted.

– The promotion runs from 12:00 AM (AEST) on 1 November 2025 until 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31 January 2026.
– Loan settlements must occur within this period to qualify.

5. Prize Details

• – The prize consists of two (2) return economy flight tickets to Bali (Denpasar).
• – Total prize value is up to AUD $2,000, depending on flight costs at time of booking.
• – The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• – The winner is responsible for any additional travel costs (e.g. accommodation, travel insurance, passports, etc.).

5. Winner Selection

• – The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries on 10 February 2026.
• – The draw will be conducted using a fair and transparent random selection process (e.g. random name draw or online tool).
• – The draw will be recorded for verification purposes.
• – The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw date.
• – With the winner’s consent, their first name and suburb may be announced on Nepal Home Loans’ social media pages.
